Privacy policy.

What we collect, who touches it, and when. Email to deliver your purchase, analytics only after you say yes.

Last updated 2026-06-20

The short version

We collect as little as we can. To sell you the kit we need your email and a way to take payment. Beyond that, nothing loads until you say yes: analytics and any tracking pixels stay off until you accept cookies. We do not sell your data and we do not run ads on your data.

What we collect at checkout

When you buy the kit, our Merchant of Record, Polar, collects what is needed to complete the sale:

  • Your email address, so we can deliver the product and your receipt.
  • Billing details and payment info, handled by Polar and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • The fact that you purchased, and which product, so we can support you.

Polar is the data controller for the payment transaction itself. We receive your email and order details so we can send the download and help if something goes wrong.

Analytics, only after consent

By default this site runs with no analytics and no third-party tracking loaded. We show a cookie banner; nothing non-essential fires until you choose.

  • If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand which pages get visited and where things break.
  • If you decline, those scripts never load and we fall back to basic, aggregate server logs that do not build a profile of you.

You can change your mind any time by clearing the consent choice in your browser; the banner returns and you can re-decide.

Email we send you

We use Resend to send transactional email: your receipt, your download link, and license or support replies. These are tied to your purchase, not marketing. If we ever add a newsletter it will be opt-in and separate, with a clear unsubscribe in every message.

Processors we use

We keep the list of third parties short and name every one. Each handles only the data it needs for its job:

Polar · Merchant of Record. Takes payment, handles tax, stores your purchase and email.
Resend · Transactional email. Sends your receipt, download link, and license details.
Google Analytics 4 · Aggregate traffic stats. Loads only after you accept analytics cookies.
PostHog · Product analytics for the site. Loads only after you accept analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your purchase and email for as long as you may need support and for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to keep transaction records. Analytics data, where you have consented, is retained for a limited window in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw analytics consent at any time. To make a request, contact us and we will respond within the time the law allows. For data held by Polar as part of the payment, you can also reach Polar directly.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes we will update the date below and, for material changes, flag it on the site. Questions about your data, or want to make a request? Reach us through the contact page.
