Affiliate terms.
The short, plain version of how the program works. By joining you agree to these terms.
Commission
You earn 20% of the net value of every qualifying sale you refer — the Launch Kit, DESIGN.md, and the first payment of a DESIGN.md Pass. Commission is calculated on the full order, before tax.
Attribution
We use a 60-day, last-click cookie. When someone arrives through your link and buys within 60 days, the sale is attributed to you. If a buyer later clicks a different affiliate's link, the most recent click wins.
What counts as a sale
A completed, paid order from a new customer who reached us through your link. It does not include self-referrals (buying through your own link), your own existing customers, or any order that is later refunded, charged back, or disputed.
When commissions clear
A commission is pending the moment a sale completes, and clears 30 days later once our refund window has passed with no refund or chargeback. Refunded orders void the related commission.
Payouts
We pay monthly, Net-15 via PayPal or Wise once your approved balance reaches $50. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next period. You add and manage your payout method in your affiliate dashboard.
How to promote (and how not to)
Share duply honestly — reviews, tutorials, newsletters, social posts, courses. Do not bid on our brand terms in paid ads, post to coupon or deal-spam sites, use misleading claims, or drive incentivized or fake clicks. We may withhold commissions and remove affiliates who break these rules.
Changes
We may update the commission rate, cookie window, or these terms; changes apply to sales made after the update. We will tell active affiliates before anything material changes.
